Although the pandemic situation has set back the flight transportation, the recovery and even the strong developments are forecasted to take place till 2024 based on IATA announcement. Hence, the activity in the field of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul is supposed to be increased also. Beside the higher workload there are several potential areas in which the performance and the effectivity can be improved. One of them is the communication and cooperation between MRO/CAMO companies. The success of such a partnership or cooperation in the market is based on the competency, correct communication, and airworthy compliance. However, minimizing the costs and aircraft time on ground to the lowest possible ways are also indispensable factors that the companies take under consideration while thinking of such cooperation, in which the goal is always to perform the work package assigned by the CAMO. Hence, the main purpose of this paper is to investigate the traditional cooperation and communication processes and propose solution for advanced way of collaboration and develop the standardised communication method.
